West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee reaffirmed on Thursday that her Trinamool Congress remains part of the Opposition’s INDIA bloc in Delhi, despite no alliance with Congress or CPM in Bengal. During a Haldia rally, she accused Congress and CPI(M) of dividing votes with BJP support and reiterated her commitment to the INDIA bloc. Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury doubted her loyalty, accusing her of abandoning the alliance. Banerjee also vowed to seek justice for her controversial 2021 Nandigram election loss, alleging BJP interference and electoral misconduct.
