However, issues arose with students providing incorrect numbers. As a solution, verification efforts are underway, with 5 lakh numbers verified. A new “Department of School Education” platform aims to streamline communication to over one crore parents simultaneously, with a trial run underway after a memorandum of understanding was signed.
