A widespread paper leak scandal has engulfed India, with the NEET UG, UP Recruitment, and UPPSC RO/ARO exams all compromised. The CBI has entered the fray as the network spans six states, including Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Gujarat.
NEET UG’s shocking results, with 67 students topping simultaneously, exposed the scam. Bihar and Jharkhand have seen over 30 arrests, with the CBI now leading the investigation. The Supreme Court will hear the case on July 8th.
Meanwhile, UP STF has arrested six in Bhopal for the UP Recruitment exam leak, and arrests continue in the UPPSC RO/ARO case.
The scandal has sparked nationwide protests and raised concerns about the integrity of India’s education system. The government faces mounting pressure to bring the perpetrators to justice and prevent future leaks.
